Angelica’s Role  

In the hybrid Design Strategist & Project Lead role, Angelica leads Combo teams and serves as a communications liaison between Combo team members, and partners, clients and vendors. She collaborates, engages with and builds trust with clients and interdisciplinary teams. She serves as a communication hub between the Combo team and partners to keep projects on track and deliver outputs true to scopes and timelines while driving forward each step of the strategic and creative process. She builds meaningful relationships with clients and a nurturing environment for the Combo team.

Strategically, she applies curiosity, empirical reasoning and empathy to understand human behavior. Simplifies research into observations, human-centered insights, creative solutions and culturally relevant and executable visions. She shepherds strategic work all the way through to the end of each project while maintaining a constant state of eager learning, while mentoring and passing down skills to other team members.
